So since it’s summer it’s probably high time to look at Ice cream.  Since it’s a stationery blog (see Artemis Stationery my main business) the best way to do this seems to be Table Name ideas – Yay a topic that is almost inexhaustible!  So Ice Cream Table names, well it seems obvious that a good place to start is going to be flavours.  Then I think ice lollies and other ice cream delivery devices need to come in.  Sorry I really couldn’t think of a good name there.   Hopefully I will by the time I get to this section.  Currently I’m particularly fond of Peanut Heaven an ice cream lolly which has lots of salted caramel in with the chocolate coating and vanilla ice cream and come from M&S.  Then I think we’ll have a third topic to round off with.

Thanks to Jonathon from living the Cream who really was a mine of information for this article.  He’s  a great chap and takes his Ice Cream tricycle all over the west country.

You can see his website here: Living the Cream – Jonathon also wrote an article for this blog and you can see it here

I did once find a recipe for Guernsey Ice Cream which after seeing it made on tv thought I would try.  The mixture proved far too much for my ice cream machine to stir.  So at first it seemed a total fail.  Until I tasted the non iced cream mixture after it had rested in the fridge for a day.  Was delicious, not the most relevant to this post but…
